AN ACT
1 Amending the act of December 22, 1981 (P.L.558, No.166),
2 entitled "A supplement to the act of July 1, 1981 (P.L.142,
3 No.47), entitled 'An act providing for the capital budget for
4 the fiscal year 1981-1982,' itemizing public improvement and
5 furniture and equipment projects to be constructed or
6 acquired by the Department of General Services, and
7 transportation assistance projects to be acquired or
8 constructed by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation
9 together with their estimated financial cost; authorizing the
10 incurring of debt without the approval of the electors for
11 the purpose of financing the projects to be constructed or
12 acquired by the Department of General Services or Department
13 of Transportation, stating the estimated useful life of the
14 projects and making appropriations," further providing for
15 the use of transportation assistance funds for Monroe County.
16 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
17 hereby enacts as follows:
18 Section 1. Project (15) of subclause XII of clause B of
19 section 3 of the act of December 22, 1981 (P.L.558, No.166),
20 entitled "A supplement to the act of July 1, 1981 (P.L.142,
21 No.47), entitled 'An act providing for the capital budget for
22 the fiscal year 1981-1982,' itemizing public improvement and
23 furniture and equipment projects to be constructed or acquired
24 by the Department of General Services, and transportation
1 assistance projects to be acquired or constructed by the
2 Pennsylvania Department of Transportation together with their
3 estimated financial cost; authorizing the incurring of debt
4 without the approval of the electors for the purpose of
5 financing the projects to be constructed or acquired by the
6 Department of General Services or Department of Transportation,
7 stating the estimated useful life of the projects and making
8 appropriations," added June 19, 1982 (P.L.564, No.164), is
9 amended to read:
10 Section 3. Itemization and authorization of transportation
11 assistance projects.
12 Additional capital projects in the category of transportation
13 assistance projects with respect to which an interest is to be
14 acquired in or constructed by the Pennsylvania Department of
15 Transportation, its successors or assigns, and to be financed by
16 the incurring of debt, are hereby itemized, together with their
17 estimated financial costs and the total additional amount
18 authorized for the transportation assistance projects as
19 follows:
