                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending the act of May 1, 1933 (P.L.103, No.69), entitled "An
     2     act concerning townships of the second class; and amending,
     3     revising, consolidating, and changing the law relating
     4     thereto," increasing an expense allowance.

     5     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     6  hereby enacts as follows:
     7     Section 1.  Section 612, of the act of May 1, 1933 (P.L.103,
     8  No.69), known as The Second Class Township Code, reenacted and
     9  amended July 10, 1947 (P.L.1481, No.567) and amended April 6,
    10  1980 (P.L.98, No.36), is amended to read:
    11     Section 612.  Expenses and Mileage.--The expenses allowed the
    12  delegates attending the annual meeting may be in an amount not
    13  exceeding [seventy-five] ninety dollars per day for each
    14  delegate for not more than four days including the time employed
    15  in traveling thereto and therefrom, together with mileage going
    16  to and returning from such meeting.
    17     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
