AN ACT
1 Designating a covered bridge on which SR 3021 crosses over Tom's
2 Creek in Adams County as the G. Donald McLaughlin Memorial
3 Covered Bridge.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The covered bridge at the eastern base of Jack's
7 Mountain carrying SR 3021 over Tom's Creek in Adams County is
8 designated and shall be known as the G. Donald McLaughlin
9 Memorial Covered Bridge.
10 SECTION 2. THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION SHALL ERECT AND <--
11 MAINTAIN APPROPRIATE SIGNS TO INDICATE THE DESIGNATION UNDER
12 SECTION 1.
13 Section 2 3. This act shall take effect in 60 days. <--
