AN ACT
1 Designating a portion of State Route 901 in Schuylkill County as
2 the Pottsville Maroons Highway.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Pottsville Maroons Highway.
6 (a) Designation.--That portion of State Route 901 within the
7 City of Pottsville, Minersville Borough and Branch Township,
8 Schuylkill County is designated and shall be know as the
9 Pottsville Maroons Highway.
10 (b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
11 maintain signs along the corridor to signify this designation.
12 Section 2. Effective date.
13 This act shall take effect in 60 days.
