AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Division of Education of the
2 Philadelphia Museum of Art, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $150,000, or as much thereof as may be
6 necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated to the Division
7 of Education of the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Philadelphia,
8 Pennsylvania, for the fiscal period July 1, 1980 to June 30,
9 1981, for the support of its educational program for school
10 children.
11 Section 2. Payments to the Division of Education of the
12 Philadelphia Museum of Art on account of the appropriation in
13 section 1 shall be made by the Executive Director of the
14 Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission.
15 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1980.
