                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of May 24, 1883 (P.L.43, No.34), entitled "An
     2     act for the protection of dairymen, and to prevent deception
     3     in sales of butter and cheese."

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  The act of May 24, 1883 (P.L.43, No.34), entitled
     7  "An act for the protection of dairymen, and to prevent deception
     8  in sales of butter and cheese," is repealed.
     9     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 30 days.
