AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, imposing maximum limits on the charges for
3 preparation and mailing of certain documents related to title
4 and registration of motor vehicles.
5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6 hereby enacts as follows:
7 Section 1. Title 75 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
8 Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
9 § 1905. Limitation on certain charges.
10 No person shall assess a charge of more than $10 per document
11 for the preparation or mailing of any document required to be
12 submitted to the department in order to obtain or effect a
13 change in title or registration, or both, for any motor vehicle.
14 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
