                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
     2     Statutes, further providing for classes of licenses by
     3     providing for a conservation stamp and fee.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  Sections 2705 and 2709(a) of Title 34 of the
     7  Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes are amended by adding
     8  paragraphs to read:
     9  § 2705.  Classes of licenses.
    10     Unless otherwise provided, any person wishing to exercise any
    11  of the privileges granted by this title shall first secure the
    12  applicable resident or nonresident hunting or furtaker license
    13  as follows:

    15         (17)  Conservation stamp required by an individual holder
    16     of an adult resident hunting license, an adult resident
    17     furtaker license, a nonresident adult hunting license and a
    18     nonresident adult furtaker license, as well as for any

     1     individual who goes upon the State game lands for any
     2     purpose, except those persons that the director may authorize
     3     to go upon State game lands on a case-by-case basis. There
     4     shall be no issuing fee assessed for any conservation stamp.
     5     All moneys derived from the issuance of each conservation
     6     stamp shall be deposited in the Game Fund.
     7  § 2709.  License costs and fees.
     8     (a)  License costs.--Any person who qualifies under the
     9  provisions of this chapter shall be issued the applicable
    10  license upon payment of the following costs and the issuing
    11  agent's fee:

    14     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
