AN ACT
1 Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for the date of the annual audit
3 and report to be submitted by the Game Commission and the
4 Legislative Budget and Finance Committee.
5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6 hereby enacts as follows:
7 Section 1. Section 522(b) of Title 34 of the Pennsylvania
8 Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
9 § 522. Appropriation and audit of moneys.

11 (b) Audit and report.--The commission shall submit an annual
12 written and oral report to the Game and Fisheries Committees of
13 the Senate and the House of Representatives no later than
14 [November 30] January 31 of each year. The written report shall
15 include complete budgets for the current fiscal year and for the
16 fiscal year about to commence. An audit of the budget for the
17 concluding fiscal year shall be conducted by the Legislative
18 Budget and Finance Committee and shall be submitted to the Game
19 and Fisheries Committees no later than [November 30] January 31
1 of each year.

3 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1992.
