                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania
     2     Consolidated Statutes, making it illegal to manufacture,
     3     sell, possess or use certain bullets.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  Section 6119 of Title 18, act of November 25,
     7  1970 (P.L.707, No.230), known as the Pennsylvania Consolidated
     8  Statutes, is amended and a section is added to read:
     9  § 6119.  Violation penalty.
    10     An offense under this [section] subchapter constitutes a
    11  misdemeanor of the first degree.
    12  § 6121.  Certain bullets prohibited.
    13     No person shall manufacture, sell, possess or use a nonlead
    14  bullet which has been coated with teflon or a material which
    15  renders a similar effect.
    16     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
