AN ACT
1 Amending the act of April 22, 1909 (P.L.124, No.79), entitled
2 "An act to permit the acquisition of forest or other suitable
3 lands by municipalities, for the purpose of establishing
4 municipal forests; and providing for the administration,
5 maintenance, protection, and development of such forests,"
6 repealing management by Commonwealth of municipal forests.
7 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
8 hereby enacts as follows:
9 Section 1. Sections 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the act of April 22,
10 1909 (P.L.124, No.79), entitled "An act to permit the
11 acquisition of forest or other suitable lands by municipalities,
12 for the purpose of establishing municipal forests; and providing
13 for the administration, maintenance, protection, and development
14 of such forests," are repealed.
15 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
