                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
     2     Statutes, further providing for the fee for registration
     3     plates for volunteer firemen.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  Title 75 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
     7  Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
     8  § 1931.2.  Volunteer firemen's registration plates.
     9     The fee for issuance of a volunteer fireman's registration
    10  plate shall be $10 which shall be in addition to the annual
    11  registration fee. Only one payment of the issuance fee shall be
    12  charged for each volunteer fireman's registration plate issued
    13  or replaced.
    14     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
