                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of May 3, 1864 (P.L.725, No.621), entitled "An
     2     act relating to certain canals."

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  The act of May 3, 1864 (P.L.725, No.621),
     6  entitled "An act relating to certain canals," is repealed.
     7     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
