AN ACT
Making an appropriation from the General Fund to the Department
of Health for the purpose of Tourette syndrome for the fiscal
year July 1, 2015, to June 30, 2016.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Appropriation.
The following sum, or as much thereof as may be necessary, is
specifically appropriated from the General Fund to the
Department of Health for the fiscal year July 1, 2015, to June
30, 2016, for the purpose and in the amount shown:
For Tourette syndrome.
State appropriation....... 153,000
Section 2. Lapsing of unused funds.
Except as otherwise provided by law, any portion of the
appropriation in this act unexpended, uncommitted or
unencumbered as of June 30, 2016, shall automatically lapse as

of that date.
Section 3. Retroactivity.
This act shall apply retroactively to July 1, 2015.
Section 4. Effective date.
This act shall take effect immediately.
