AN ACT
1 Repealing the act of May 8, 1876 (P.L.136, No.103), entitled "A
2 supplement to an act, approved the thirteenth of May, Anno
3 Domini one thousand eight hundred and seventy-four, fixing
4 the pay of road commissioners, road and bridge viewers, and
5 reviewers, and commissioners to run township lines and to
6 divide boroughs into wards, and township lines and surveyors,
7 in this commonwealth."
8 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
9 hereby enacts as follows:
10 Section 1. The act of May 8, 1876 (P.L.136, No.103),
11 entitled "A supplement to an act, approved the thirteenth of
12 May, Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and seventy-four,
13 fixing the pay of road commissioners, road and bridge viewers,
14 and reviewers, and commissioners to run township lines and to
15 divide boroughs into wards, and township lines and surveyors, in
16 this commonwealth," is repealed.
17 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
