AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Department of Health for
2 arthritis outreach and education for the fiscal year
3 beginning July 1, 2003.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Appropriation.
7 The sum of $105,000 is hereby appropriated to the Department
8 of Health for arthritis outreach and education for the fiscal
9 year beginning July 1, 2003.
10 Section 2. Construction.
11 The sum appropriated in section 1 shall be construed as a
12 supplement to the State appropriation to the Department of
13 Health for arthritis outreach and education set forth in section
14 215 of the act of March 20, 2003 (P.L., No.1A), known as the
15 General Appropriation Act of 2003.
16 Section 3. Effective date.
17 This act shall take effect July 1, 2003, or immediately,
1 whichever occurs later.
