        REFERRED TO COMMITTEE ON STATE GOVERNMENT, JUNE 27, 2003

                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of April 15, 1850 (P.L.467, No.317), entitled
     2     "A supplement to an act entitled 'An Act to authorize the
     3     governor to incorporate the West Chester and Philadelphia
     4     railroad company;' in reference to Windmill island; to the
     5     estate of John Earle; to the estate of James H. Douglass, of
     6     York county; to the investment of certain trust moneys in the
     7     loans of Kensington district; to certain tax laws; the
     8     licensing of omnibusses in the city of Philadelphia; and the
     9     vacating Bank street, in Philadelphia county."

    10     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
    11  hereby enacts as follows:
    12     Section 1.  The act of April 15, 1850 (P.L.467, No.317),
    13  entitled "A supplement to an act entitled 'An Act to authorize
    14  the governor to incorporate the West Chester and Philadelphia
    15  railroad company;' in reference to Windmill island; to the
    16  estate of John Earle; to the estate of James H. Douglass, of
    17  York county; to the investment of certain trust moneys in the
    18  loans of Kensington district; to certain tax laws; the licensing

     1  of omnibusses in the city of Philadelphia; and the vacating Bank
     2  street, in Philadelphia county," is repealed.
     3     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
