                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of May 19, 1897 (P.L.77, No.56), entitled "An
     2     act granting the permission and regulating the establishment
     3     and operation of bone boiling establishments and depositories
     4     of dead animals in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and
     5     providing for violations of the provisions of this act."

     6     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     7  hereby enacts as follows:
     8     Section 1.  The act of May 19, 1897 (P.L.77, No.56), entitled
     9  "An act granting the permission and regulating the establishment
    10  and operation of bone boiling establishments and depositories of
    11  dead animals in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and providing
    12  for violations of the provisions of this act," is repealed.
    13     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
