        AS REPORTED FROM COMMITTEE ON TRANSPORTATION, HOUSE OF
           REPRESENTATIVES, AS AMENDED, OCTOBER 8, 1991

                                     AN ACT

     1  Designating a bridge in Union Township, Lawrence County, as the
     2     Richard E. Rentz Memorial Bridge.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  The bridge on the Beaver Valley Expressway, from
     6  State Route 60, over the Mahoning River in Union Township,
     7  Lawrence County is hereby designated and shall be known as the
     8  Richard E. Rentz Memorial Bridge.
     9     Section 2.  The Department of Transportation PENNSYLVANIA      <--
    10  TURNPIKE COMMISSION shall erect appropriate signs to indicate
    11  the designation under section 1.
    12     Section 3.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
