AN ACT 1 Designating the entire portion of Interstate Route 81 in 2 Pennsylvania as the American Legion Memorial Highway; 3 designating the entire portion of Keystone Highway Interstate 4 Route 80 in Pennsylvania as the Veterans of Foreign Wars of <-- 5 the United States/Z. H. Confair Z. H. CONFAIR Memorial <-- 6 Highway; DESIGNATING THE ENTIRE PORTION OF INTERSTATE ROUTE <-- 7 83 IN PENNSYLVANIA AS THE VETERANS OF FOREIGN WARS OF THE 8 UNITED STATES MEMORIAL HIGHWAY; requiring the Department of 9 Transportation to erect signs designating Fort Indiantown Gap <-- 10 National Cemetery; and making an appropriation. 11 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 12 hereby enacts as follows: 13 Section 1. The entire portion of Interstate Route 81 situate 14 in Pennsylvania shall hereafter be known as the American Legion 15 Memorial Highway. 16 Section 2. The Department of Transportation shall erect 17 appropriate signs on Interstate Route 81 indicating Fort <-- 18 Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. 19 Section 3. The entire portion of Keystone Highway Interstate 20 Route 80 situate in Pennsylvania shall hereafter be known as the
1 Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States/Z. H. Confair Z. <-- 2 H. CONFAIR Memorial Highway. 3 Section 4. The Department of Transportation shall erect the 4 appropriate signs to indicate these highway designations to the 5 motoring public. 6 SECTION 5. THE ENTIRE PORTION OF INTERSTATE ROUTE 83 IN <-- 7 PENNSYLVANIA SHALL HEREAFTER BE KNOWN AS THE VETERANS OF FOREIGN 8 WARS OF THE UNITED STATES MEMORIAL HIGHWAY. 9 Section 5 6. The sum of $8,000 is appropriated to the <-- 10 Department of Transportation to carry out the purposes of 11 section 2 of this act. 12 Section 6 7.
