| AN ACT |
| |
1 | Making an appropriation to the Academy of Natural Sciences for |
2 | maintenance expenses. |
3 | The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania |
4 | hereby enacts as follows: |
5 | Section 1. The sum of $419,000 $210,000 is hereby | <-- |
6 | appropriated to the Academy of Natural Sciences, Philadelphia, |
7 | for the fiscal year July 1, 2009, to June 30, 2010, for the |
8 | purpose of maintenance of the academy. |
9 | Section 2. Payments to the Academy of Natural Sciences on |
10 | account of the appropriation provided in section 1 shall be made |
11 | quarterly by the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania |
12 | Historical and Museum Commission. |
13 | Section 3. The Academy of Natural Sciences shall provide |
14 | full, complete and accurate information as may be required by |
15 | the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission or the |
16 | chairman or the minority chairman of the Appropriations |
17 | Committee of the Senate or the chairman or the minority chairman |
18 | of the Appropriations Committee of the House of Representatives. |
