AN ACT
1 Repealing the act of April 22, 1850 (P.L.538, No.339), entitled
2 "An act to secure the cities of Pittsburg and Allegheny, and
3 the neighborhood thereof, from damage by gun-powder; to
4 incorporate an association for the establishment of a house
5 of refuge for western Pennsylvania; and relative to the
6 Pennsylvania State Lunatic hospital."
7 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
8 hereby enacts as follows:
9 Section 1. The act of April 22, 1850 (P.L.538, No.339),
10 entitled "An act to secure the cities of Pittsburg and
11 Allegheny, and the neighborhood thereof, from damage by gun-
12 powder; to incorporate an association for the establishment of a
13 house of refuge for western Pennsylvania; and relative to the
14 Pennsylvania State Lunatic hospital," is repealed.
1 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
