AN ACT
1 Authorizing the Department of General Services, with the
2 approval of the Governor and the Secretary of Environmental
3 Resources, to sell and convey to Wayne S. Oldham certain
4 excess land situate in the Township of Richland, Cambria
5 County.
6 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
7 hereby enacts as follows:
8 Section 1. Conveyance authorization.
9 The Department of General Services, with the approval of the
10 Governor and the Secretary of Environmental Resources, is hereby
11 authorized and directed on behalf of the Commonwealth of
12 Pennsylvania to grant, sell and convey to Wayne S. Oldham for
13 consideration equal to the fair market value as determined by
14 appraisal by the Department of General Services the tract of
15 land described in section 2.
16 Section 2. Property description.
17 The property to be conveyed pursuant to section 1 is the
18 following tract of land situate in the Township of Richland,
19 Cambria County, bounded and described as follows:
1 Beginning at an Iron Pin Corner, common to lands herein
2 described and lands of Lewis H. Weaver; thence by lands herein
3 described and lands of Lewis H. Weaver north 46 degrees 26
4 minutes west 118.03 feet to a corner; thence by lands herein
5 described and other lands of the grantor herein the following
6 two (2) courses and distances; (1) North 47 degrees 39 minutes
7 east 370 feet to a corner. (2) South 46 degrees 26 minutes east
8 118.03 feet to a corner, said corner being south 47 degrees 39
9 minutes west from a stake set at a corner common to other lands
10 of the grantor herein, lands of George Kleban and lands of Lewis
11 H. Weaver; thence by lands herein described and lands of Lewis
12 H. Weaver south 47 degrees 39 minutes west 370 feet to an Iron
13 Pin corner, the place of beginning.
14 Containing 1.00 acre of land, more or less.
15 Section 3. Easements, etc.
16 The conveyance shall be made under and subject to all
17 easements, servitudes and rights of others, including, but not
18 confined to, streets, roadways and rights of any telephone,
19 telegraph, water, electric, sewer, gas or pipeline companies, as
20 well as under the subject to any interest, estates or tenancies
21 vested in third persons, whether or not appearing of record, for
22 any portion of the land or improvements erected thereon.
23 Section 4. Deposit of proceeds.
24 The proceeds of this sale shall be paid into the State
25 Treasury and deposited in the General Fund.
26 Section 5. Approval and execution of deed.
27 The deed of conveyance shall be approved as provided by law
28 and shall be executed by the Secretary of General Services in
29 the name of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
30 Section 6. Costs and fees.

1 Costs and fees incidental to the conveyance shall be borne by
2 the grantee.
3 Section 7. Effective date.
4 This act shall take effect immediately.
