AN ACT
Making appropriations from the General Fund and from Federal
augmentation funds to the Department of Human Services for
the purposes of rape crisis programs for the fiscal year July
1, 2015, to June 30, 2016.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. The following sums, or as much thereof as may be
necessary, are specifically appropriated from the General Fund
and from Federal augmentation funds to the Department of Human
Services for the fiscal year July 1, 2015, to June 30, 2016, for
the purposes and in the amounts shown:
Federal State
For rape crisis programs.
State appropriation....... 9,639,000
The following Federal amounts are
appropriated to supplement the sum

appropriated for rape crisis programs:
(1) "SSBG - Rape Crisis."
Federal appropriation..... 1,721,000
Section 2. Except as otherwise provided by law the
appropriations in this act unexpended, uncommitted or
unencumbered as of June 30, 2016, shall automatically lapse as
of that date.
Section 3. This act shall apply retroactively to July 1,
2015.
Section 4. This act shall take effect immediately.
