AN ACT
1 Amending the act of September 2, 1961 (P.L.1177, No.525),
2 entitled "An act fixing the salaries and compensation of
3 members of certain boards and commissions, and repealing
4 inconsistent acts," increasing the maximum amount which may
5 be paid annually to members of the State Civil Service
6 Commission, allowing for payment of actual days worked.
7 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
8 hereby enacts as follows:
9 Section 1. As much as refers to the State Civil Service
10 Commission of section 2 of the act of September 2, 1961
11 (P.L.1177, No.525), entitled "An act fixing the salaries and
12 compensation of members of certain boards and commissions, and
13 repealing inconsistent acts," amended November 22, 1968
14 (P.L.1080, No.332), is amended to read:
15 Section 2. Each member of the following boards, commissions
16 or groups shall be paid traveling expenses and other necessary
17 expenses and per diem compensation at the following rates for
18 each day of actual service.
19 State Civil Service Commission (not to exceed
1 [($7,500)] $27,500 per annum), each .................... [$50]
