AN ACT
1 Amending the act of March 23, 1819 (P.L.150, No.97), entitled
2 "An act prescribing the form of the Bushel, to be used for
3 measuring Lime, in certain counties therein mentioned,"
4 repealing provisions relating to appointment of person to
5 mark bushel for measuring of lime.
6 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
7 hereby enacts as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 2 of the act of March 23, 1819 (P.L.150,
9 No.97), entitled "An act prescribing the form of the Bushel, to
10 be used for measuring Lime, in certain counties therein
11 mentioned," is repealed.
12 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
