                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania
     2     Consolidated Statutes, authorizing recipients of bad checks
     3     to be awarded costs resulting from bad checks.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  Section 4105 of Title 18, act of November 25,
     7  1970 (P.L.707, No.230), known as the Pennsylvania Consolidated
     8  Statutes, is amended by adding a subsection to read:
     9  § 4105.  Bad checks.

    11     (d)  Costs.--The sentence shall include an order to reimburse
    12  the drawee for costs incurred by the drawee as a result of the
    13  offense.
    14     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
