                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the Delaware Valley College of
     2     Science and Agriculture at Doylestown, Pennsylvania.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  The sum of one hundred seventy-seven thousand
     6  dollars ($177,000), or as much thereof as may be necessary, is
     7  hereby specifically appropriated to the Delaware Valley College
     8  of Science and Agriculture at Doylestown, Pennsylvania, for the
     9  fiscal year July 1, 1971 to June 30, 1972, for maintenance of
    10  the institution.
    11     Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 1971.
