AN ACT
1 Amending Title 23 (Domestic Relations) of the Pennsylvania
2 Consolidated Statutes, further providing for credit reporting
3 on support.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 4303 of Title 23 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a paragraph to read:
8 § 4303. Information to consumer reporting agency.
9 Information regarding the name and the amount of arrearages
10 owed by an obligor shall be provided periodically to consumer
11 reporting agencies whenever the obligor owes overdue support,
12 subject to the following:

14 (3) Only an arrearage resulting from overdue support
15 shall be included in the information. An arrearage resulting
16 from past due support due solely to delay between the filing
17 of the complaint for support and the date of issuance of the
1 support order shall not be included in the information.
2 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
