AN ACT
1 Providing for adoption of a capital project to be financed by
2 the incurring of debt.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Itemization and authorization of a public
6 improvement project.
7 A 1983-1984 Capital Budget Project in the category of public
8 improvement projects to be acquired or constructed by the
9 Department of General Services, its successors or assigns, and
10 to be financed by the incurring of debt, is hereby itemized
11 together with its estimated financial cost as follows:
