                                     AN ACT

     1  Providing an appropriation to the Pennsylvania District
     2     Attorneys' Association.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  The sum of $120,000 is hereby appropriated from
     6  the General Fund to the Pennsylvania District Attorneys'
     7  Association for the period beginning January 1, 1976 and ending
     8  December 31, 1976. The money is to be disbursed in amounts of
     9  $10,000 for each month of the 12-month period.
    10     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
