AN ACT 1 Amending the act of July 1, 1990 (P.L. , No.7A), entitled "An 2 act to provide from the General Fund for the expenses of the 3 Executive, Legislative and Judicial Departments of the 4 Commonwealth, the public debt and for the public schools for 5 the fiscal year July 1, 1990, to June 30, 1991, and for the 6 payment of bills incurred and remaining unpaid at the close 7 of the fiscal year ending June 30, 1990; to provide 8 appropriations from the State Lottery Fund, the Pennsylvania 9 Economic Revitalization Fund, the Energy Conservation and 10 Assistance Fund, The State Stores Fund and the Emergency 11 Medical Services Operating Fund to the Executive Department; 12 to provide appropriations from the Judicial Computer System 13 Augmentation Account to the Judicial Department; to provide 14 appropriations from the Motor License Fund for the fiscal 15 year July 1, 1990, to June 30, 1991, for the proper operation 16 of the several departments of the Commonwealth and the 17 Pennsylvania State Police authorized to spend Motor License 18 Fund moneys; and to provide for the appropriation of Federal 19 funds to the Executive and Judicial Departments of the 20 Commonwealth and for the establishment of restricted receipts 21 accounts for the fiscal year July 1, 1990, to June 30, 1991, 22 and for the payment of bills incurred and remaining unpaid at 23 the close of the fiscal year ending June 30, 1990," 24 increasing and decreasing certain appropriations to the 25 Executive Department; and making appropriations from the 26 Hazardous Material Response Fund. 27 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 28 hereby enacts as follows: 29 Section 1. The title of the act of July 1, 1990 (P.L. ,
1 No.7A), known as the General Appropriation Act of 1990, is 2 amended to read: 3 AN ACT 4 To provide from the General Fund for the expenses of the 5 Executive, Legislative and Judicial Departments of the 6 Commonwealth, the public debt and for the public schools for 7 the fiscal year July 1, 1990, to June 30, 1991, and for the 8 payment of bills incurred and remaining unpaid at the close 9 of the fiscal year ending June 30, 1990; to provide 10 appropriations from the State Lottery Fund, the Pennsylvania 11 Economic Revitalization Fund, the Energy Conservation and 12 Assistance Fund, the Hazardous Material Response Fund, The 13 State Stores Fund and the Emergency Medical Services 14 Operating Fund to the Executive Department; to provide 15 appropriations from the Judicial Computer System Augmentation 16 Account to the Judicial Department; to provide appropriations 17 from the Motor License Fund for the fiscal year July 1, 1990, 18 to June 30, 1991, for the proper operation of the several 19 departments of the Commonwealth and the Pennsylvania State 20 Police authorized to spend Motor License Fund moneys; and to 21 provide for the appropriation of Federal funds to the 22 Executive and Judicial Departments of the Commonwealth and 23 for the establishment of restricted receipts accounts for the 24 fiscal year July 1, 1990, to June 30, 1991, and for the 25 payment of bills incurred and remaining unpaid at the close 26 of the fiscal year ending June 30, 1990. 27 Section 2. Section 104 of the act is amended by adding a 28 subsection to read: 29 Section 104. State appropriations.--* * * 30 (j) Hazardous Material Response Fund.--The following sums 19910H1274B1465 - 2 -
1 set forth in this act, or as much thereof as may be necessary, 2 are hereby specifically appropriated from the Hazardous Material 3 Response Fund to the several hereinafter named agencies of the 4 Executive Department of the Commonwealth for the payment of fees 5 for contractual services rendered, for the purchase or rental of 6 goods and services and for the payment of any other expenses, as 7 provided by law or by this act, necessary for the proper conduct 8 of the duties, functions and activities and for the purposes 9 hereinafter set forth for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 10 1990, and for the payment of bills incurred and remaining unpaid 11 at the close of the fiscal year ending June 30, 1990. 12 Section 3. As much of the Federal appropriations for the 13 Pennsylvania Energy Office and the Pennsylvania Commission on 14 Crime and Delinquency in section 202 of the act are amended and 15 an appropriation is added to read: 16 Section 202.
