AN ACT
1 Amending Title 66 (Public Utilities) of the Pennsylvania
2 Consolidated Statutes, further providing for the disallowance
3 of certain expenses from rate determinations.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Title 66, act of November 25, 1970 (P.L.707,
7 No.230), known as the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, is
8 amended by adding a section to read:
9 § 1315. Certain expense disallowed.
10 The expense incurred by a public utility on its payment of
11 any kind of taxes shall be disallowed by the commission in
12 determining a just and reasonable rate of a public utility.
13 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
