AN ACT
1 Amending the act of December 21, 1977 (P.L.520, No.15A),
2 entitled, as amended, "An act making an appropriation to the
3 Governor, and further providing for allocations of
4 appropriations by the Governor for disaster relief and
5 assistance for the Great Flood of July, 1977," delaying the
6 lapsing of certain funds.
7 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
8 hereby enacts as follows:
9 Section 1. Section 2, act of December 21, 1977 (P.L.520,
10 No.15A), entitled, as amended, "An act making an appropriation
11 to the Governor, and further providing for allocations of
12 appropriations by the Governor for disaster relief and
13 assistance for the Great Flood of July, 1977," amended July 1,
14 1978 (No.60A), is amended to read:
15 Section 2. All funds appropriated or reappropriated herein
16 which remain unexpended, uncommitted or unencumbered as of June
17 30, [1979] 1980 shall automatically lapse as of that date.
18 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
