                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
     2     Statutes, requiring light-reflective paint to be used on the
     3     roadway for certain purposes.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  Title 75 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
     7  Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
     8  § 6116.  Use of light-reflective paint.
     9     Whenever the department paints lines on the roadway of a
    10  State-designated highway indicating the division of lanes and
    11  the boundaries of the roadway, it shall use light-reflective
    12  paint.
    13     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
