AN ACT 1 Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania 2 Consolidated Statutes, extending burglary to include entering 3 certain vehicles. 4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 5 hereby enacts as follows: 6 Section 1. Subsection (a) of section 3502 of Title 18, act 7 of November 25, 1970 (P.L.707, No.230), known as the 8 Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, is amended to read: 9 § 3502. Burglary. 10 (a) Offense defined.--A person is guilty of burglary if he 11 enters a building or occupied structure, or separately secured 12 or occupied portion thereof, or a vehicle used in connection 13 with a business activity with intent to commit a crime therein, 14 unless the premises are at the time open to the public or the 15 actor is licensed or privileged to enter. 16 * * * 17 Section 2.
