AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Franklin Institute of the State
2 of Pennsylvania at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of three hundred thousand dollars
6 ($300,000), or as much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby
7 specifically appropriated to the Franklin Institute of the State
8 of Pennsylvania at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for the fiscal
9 year July 1, 1973 to June 30, 1974, for the maintenance of the
10 institute.
11 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1973.
