AN ACT
1 Amending the act of November 30, 1976 (P.L.1207, No.265),
2 entitled "An act to provide assistance and encouragement for
3 the development of comprehensive area emergency medical
4 services systems," extending the act.
5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6 hereby enacts as follows:
7 Section 1. Section 11(b) of the act of November 30, 1976
8 (P.L.1207, No.265), known as the Emergency Medical Services
9 Systems Act, reenacted and amended July 13, 1979 (P.L.107,
10 No.44), and amended June 30, 1984 (P.L.468, No.97) and December
11 18, 1984 (P.L.1061, No.209), is amended to read:
12 Section 11. Legislative Intent; Legislative Oversight.--* *

14 (b) This act shall expire if not reenacted by the General
15 Assembly prior to the end of the fiscal year ending June 30,
16 [1985] 1986.
