AN ACT
1 Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for certain military licenses.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Section 2706 of Title 34 of the Pennsylvania
6 Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
7 § 2706. Resident license and fee exemptions.

9 (d) Military leave licenses.--The commission shall issue a
10 temporary hunting license free of charge to any resident of this
11 Commonwealth who is home on leave from active duty in the armed
12 forces of the United States. This license shall be good for the
13 duration of the leave.
14 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1989, or
15 immediately, whichever is later.
