AN ACT
1 Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania
2 Consolidated Statutes, further providing for penalties for
3 the illegal sale or transfer of firearms.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 6111(g) of Title 18 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a paragraph to read:
8 § 6111. Sale or transfer of firearms.

10 (g) Penalties.--

12 (7) Any person who knowingly or intentionally violates
13 subsection (c), including the sale or transfer in violation
14 of subsection (c) at a gun show, commits a felony of the
15 second degree.

17 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
