AN ACT
1 Amending Title 30 (Fish) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, providing for a reduced license fee for certain
3 disabled persons.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 2701 of Title 30 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
8 § 2701. Resident fishing licenses.

10 (c) Disabled persons.--A person permanently unable to return
11 to his normal occupation because of a disability who complies
12 with subsection (a)(1) and (2) is entitled to a "Disabled Person
13 Resident Fishing License" if he pays a license fee of $2 to the
14 issuing agent or the commission plus a service fee of 25¢ to the
15 issuing agent. The application shall contain a certificate by
16 the applicant and his physician that the applicant is entitled
17 to a license under this subsection. The commission may adopt by
18 regulation standards to implement this subsection.
1 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
