A RESOLUTION
1Designating the week of March 16 through 23, 2014, as "Maple
2Producers Week" in Pennsylvania.
3WHEREAS, Maple producers have a significant role in the
4economy of this Commonwealth; and
5WHEREAS, Several Pennsylvania maple producer organizations
6celebrate and highlight the industry in March by inviting the
7public to touring and tasting events; and
8WHEREAS, Maple producers deserve recognition for the role
9they play in the economy of this Commonwealth; therefore be it
10RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives designate the
11week of March 16 through 23, 2014, as "Maple Producers Week" in
12Pennsylvania.
