A RESOLUTION 1 Designating Sunday, April 25, 2004, as "Bedford County Covered 2 Bridge Day" in Pennsylvania. 3 WHEREAS, "Bedford County Covered Bridge Day" is being held at 4 Old Bedford Village on Sunday, April 25, 2004, from 1 p.m. to 4 5 p.m.; and 6 WHEREAS, Premiere showings of "Bedford County's Covered 7 Bridges" are at 1 p.m., 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. at the Visitors 8 Center; and 9 WHEREAS, An exhibit of paintings and photographs emphasizing 10 Bedford County by local talent is on display all afternoon; and 11 WHEREAS, A walking tour of the Claycomb Covered Bridge is 12 being conducted by Dennis Tice of the Bedford Visitors Bureau;
1 and 2 WHEREAS, A representative from the Theodore Burr Society is 3 participating in the presentation; therefore be it 4 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives honor "Bedford 5 County Covered Bridge Day" by designating Sunday, April 25, 6 2004, as "Bedford County Covered Bridge Day" in Pennsylvania.
