AN ACT
1 Authorizing the Governor to allocate funds necessary to provide
2 for the repair or replacement of real or personal property
3 damaged or destroyed by flooding in August, 1974, in Delaware
4 County.
5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6 hereby enacts as follows:
7 Section 1. The Governor is hereby authorized to allocate
8 from funds appropriated under the act of July 7, 1972 (P.L.1889,
9 No.18-A) as much money as may be necessary to provide for the
10 repair or replacement of real or personal property damaged or
11 destroyed by the flooding which occurred in August, 1974, in
12 Delaware County.
13 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
