1Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2Statutes, further providing for exceptions to operation of
3vehicle without official certificate of inspection.

4The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5hereby enacts as follows:

6Section 1. Section 4703(b)(10) of Title 75 of the
7Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:

8§ 4703. Operation of vehicle without official certificate of
9inspection.

11(b) Exceptions.--Subsection (a) does not apply to:

13(10) A motor vehicle registered as an antique or classic
14pursuant to section 1340 (relating to antique, classic and
15collectible plates).
