AS AMENDED ON THIRD CONSIDERATION, IN SENATE, OCTOBER 22, 2001
AN ACT
1 Amending the act of February 1, 1966 (1965 P.L.1656, No.581),
2 entitled "An act concerning boroughs, and revising, amending
3 and consolidating the law relating to boroughs," providing
4 for appropriations to conservation districts.
5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6 hereby enacts as follows:
7 Section 1. The act of act of February 1, 1966 (1965
8 P.L.1656, No.581), known as The Borough Code, is amended by
9 adding a section to read:
10 Section 1317. Conservation District.--The council may make
11 appropriations to a THE conservation district, as defined in the <--
12 act of May 15, 1945 (P.L.547, No.217), known as the
13 "Conservation District Law." LAW," IN WHICH THE BOROUGH IS <--

15 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
