AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, providing for biennial inspection of antique and
3 classic motor vehicles.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 4702(b) of Title 75, act of November 25,
7 1970 (P.L.707, No.230), known as the Pennsylvania Consolidated
8 Statutes, is amended to read:
9 § 4702. Requirement for periodic inspection of vehicles.

11 (b) [Annual inspection of certain vehicles] Exceptions.--
12 (1) Recreational trailers, [vehicles registered as
13 antique and classic vehicles,] firefighting vehicles and
14 motorcycles shall be subject to annual inspection.
15 (2) Vehicles registered as antique and classic vehicles
16 shall be subject to biennial inspection.

18 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 90 days.
