                                     AN ACT

     1  Designating wintergreen, Gaultheria procumbens (teaberry), as
     2     the State herb.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5  Section 1.  Official State herb.
     6     Wintergreen, Gaultheria procumbens, sometimes known as
     7  teaberry, is hereby designated as the official State herb for
     8  the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
     9  Section 2.  Effective date.
    10     This act shall take effect in 60 days.
