                                     AN ACT

     1  Designating a section of Route 56 (Legislative Route 188) as the
     2     "Paul W. Mahady Drive."

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  The section of State Highway Route 56
     6  (Legislative Route 188), known as the Route 56 By-Pass,
     7  beginning at the northern boundary line of Vandergrift Borough
     8  and extending northwestwardly to Weinall's Crossroads, is hereby
     9  designated and shall be known as the "Paul W. Mahady Drive."
    10     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
