AN ACT
1 Exempting owners of certain existing firing ranges from any
2 civil or criminal actions relating to noise pollution.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. All owners of rifle, pistol, skeet or
6 trapshooting ranges in this Commonwealth in existence on the
7 effective date of this act shall be exempt or immune from any
8 civil action or criminal prosecution in any matter relating to
9 noise or noise pollution resulting from the rifle range.
10 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
